Our store does not accept exchanges or refund. Each piece is made specifically for you. and no refunds on personalized items unless the item is faulty we will offer an exchange.
Kindly contact us through email if there is any faulty items.
After your request has been approved, we will respond back and replace your faulty item with a new one. The product must be received UNWORN and in their original packaging.
